(formerly

and e-Quisitions
Inc.)
has been
owned
and
operated
by
Robert
Todd for
the last
16
years.
During
this
time,
the
company
managed
five
product
releases
through
internal
funding.
In 2002,
the
company
took E-Quisitions
Inc.
public
to raise
funds to
expand
in
Canada
and the
USA.
When the
public
markets
dramatically
softened,
the
decision
was made
to
return
eQ
SYSTEMS
INC. to
a
private
company
again as
this is
the best
way to
serve
its
clients.
Hence
the name
changes.
The

e-Quisitions Inc. Acquires TMC Holding Corporation
Edmonton, October 3, 2003 – e-Quisitions Inc. (“e-Quisitions” or the “Company”) announced today that it has completed its acquisition of TMC Holding Corporation (“TMC”) headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. The Company also announced that Mr. Robert Moore, the current President of TMC, will be appointed Chief Operations Officer of e-Quisitions. Mr. Moore’s appointment is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Moore will also continue as President of TMC.

e-Quisitions Inc. to Acquire TMC Holdings Corp.
Edmonton, August 18, 2003 – e-Quisitions Inc. (“e-Quisitions” or the “Company”) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of TMC Holdings Corp. (“TMC”), a highly respected Maryland based financial and business process software and service provider. TMC currently services approximately 40 law firms, mostly in the Eastern United States. The transaction is expected to close on October 1, 2003, subject to the prior receipt of all required regulatory approval.
The acquisition of TMC represents a significant step in opening up the American legal market for e-Quisitions” said Robert Todd, the President and C.E.O. of e Quisitions. Mr. Todd added, “We believe that a strong synergy will be achieved by the combination of e-Quisitions state of the art software with TMC’s client base and US market presence.”
